Best known for her role as Mona on Friends, actress Bonnie Somerville recently hitched the marriage with her partner, Dave McClain, whom she met on the dating app Bumble just before the 2020 pandemic. After eight months of dating, the pair got engaged due to their mutual appreciation of music.
On April 8, the ceremony was held at a beautiful property in the Santa Susana Mountains of California. Bonnie looked stunning in her off-the-shoulder, white lace gown with floral embellishments and a lengthy train, while Dave looked dapper in his black suit, white shirt, and trendy sneakers.
Bonnie had had 10 minutes to respond to Dave’s initial Bumble match before the link was lost forever, and if she hadn’t, their love story would never have occurred. Thankfully, she had signed onto the app to demonstrate it to her friend just in time to see his message. After exchanging a few texts, calling each other for an hour and a half, and finally going on a date, the rest is history.
Bonnie revealed that, before to meeting Dave, she had accepted the thought of always being alone and never meeting “the one,” but when their relationship blossomed, she changed her mind and now believes in genuine love and that it’s never too late. The joyful couple has our best wishes.
