Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston, co-stars of the upcoming film “Murder Mystery 2,” made an appearance on the talk show “This Morning” to promote their movie. During the interview, Aniston accidentally dropped an s-bomb when discussing some of the real stunts performed in the film. She quickly realized her mistake and covered her mouth, while the hosts and Sandler laughed it off.
“Murder Mystery 2” is the sequel to the 2019 Netflix film, in which Sandler and Aniston play a couple framed for the murder of a billionaire while on vacation in Europe. In the sequel, they are full-time detectives trying to get their private eye agency off the ground when they’re invited to a wedding on a private island. When the groom is kidnapped for ransom, they embark on a high-stakes case that could finally make their agency a success.
This is the third movie in which Sandler and Aniston have starred together, following “Just Go With It” in 2011 and the first “Murder Mystery” film in 2019. “Murder Mystery 2” is directed by Jeremy Garelick and also stars Mark Strong, Mélanie Laurent, Jodie Turner-Smith, Kuhoo Verma, John Kani, and Dany Boon. The movie is set for release on Netflix on March 31.
The accidental curse word from Aniston during the interview added some fun to the promotion of the movie. Despite her embarrassment, the hosts and Sandler took it in good humor, making for an enjoyable interview.
