Recently, Keanu Reeves, star of the “John Wick” films, gave tribute to the stunt performers of “John Wick: Chapter 4” for their dangerous work. According to The New York Times, Reeves presented the stunt squad with T-shirts that detailed how many times each member had “died” during filming. More than 20 people were involved in the performances by some of the artists.

As with previous installments in the “John Wick” series, “Chapter 4” featured a number of high-stakes stunts. Director Chad Stahelski said that Keanu Reeves put through the wringer for some of the action scenes in the film because he loved doing them.

A difficult battle scene was filmed on the stairs of the Sacré-Coeur Basilica in the heart of Paris. According to The New York Times, around thirty-five stunt performers participated in the scenario, and one actor was killed anywhere from five to six times. Thankfully, only minor scrapes and bruises were reported.

Reeves is known for being a chill dude, and this is not the first time he has expressed gratitude to his stunt crews. In the past, the actor has given the stunt crew of “Chapter 4” Rolexes with personal expressions of appreciation etched on the face.

Rina Sawayama, one of Reeves’ co-stars, spoke about his thoughtfulness and consideration while filming. The singer, who had no acting experience before this, revealed that Reeves took care of her after she threw out her back and made sure she had all she needed to get better.

In conclusion, Keanu Reeves’ gift to the stunt performers of “John Wick: Chapter 4” exemplifies his empathy and admiration for the people who put in so much effort behind the scenes to make movies possible.
