This riveting real crime drama is based on David Grann’s nonfiction book Killers of the Flower Moon: The Osage Murders and the Birth of the FBI, which details a string of murders that occurred in the Osage Nation in the 1920s, shortly after oil was discovered on tribe grounds. Jesse Plemons’s Tom White, a veteran Texas Ranger, and the young J. Edgar Hoover became interested in the case.
