Morgan Freeman covers His Paralysed hand with Stylish Glove at Oscars

Morgan Freeman, the 85-year-old actor, wore a stylish black glove on his left hand at the 95th Academy Awards to cover up a hand he damaged in a 2008 car accident. Freeman won the award for best-supporting actor in 2005 for his role in Million Dollar Baby.

Doctors had told him that his condition would improve over the next three years, but the nerve damage remains extensive. In addition to the nerve damage, Freeman has also suffered from fibromyalgia since the crash.

He has been wearing compression gloves to maintain the blood flow in his injured hand. Freeman’s co-star from the 2019 movie The Poison Rose, Brendan Fraser, won his first-ever best actor award at the Oscars for his performance in The Whale.
