Billionaire and member of the Porsche family dynasty Wolfgang Porsche has filed for divorce from his wife of 74 years, Claudia, alleging a “dementia-like illness” as the reason.
They met in 2007 and tied the knot in 2019. Allegedly bedridden for nearly two years, Claudia Porsche, a grandmother and former adviser to the German government, has been living with her daughter. The staff of four housekeepers is there to take care of them.
Car manufacturer Porsche was started by Ferry Porsche, and his youngest son, Wolfgang, is the company’s current CEO and chief designer.
He has four kids from his first marriage to Susanne Bresser, and he was instrumental in the growth of the company.
