In a continuation of Marvel Studios’ streaming strategy, fans eagerly await the Disney+ release of The Marvels, with its unique connections to the streaming platform through characters introduced in previous series. Anticipating the streaming date for MCU films has been a challenge, but a pattern emerges when considering recent releases.

The Marvels, featuring Brie Larson as Carol Danvers alongside Ms. Marvel played by man Vellaniand Monica Rambeau by Teyonah Parris, both introduced in the Disney+ series, is expected to follow the established release window between theatrical and streaming debuts.

Marvel Studios has consistently refrained from streaming its movies on Disney+ immediately after their theatrical releases. Recent releases like “Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings” (70 days), “Eternals” (68 days), and “Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness” (47 days) adhered to a window before hitting the streaming platform.

Analyzing the trend, The Marvels is likely to follow the 80-89-day window, considering the last two Marvel Studios films were exactly 89 days. Given this pattern, a streaming debut close to 90 days after the theatrical release is expected.

If The Marvels aligns with the recent 89-day trend, it may make its Disney+ debut on Thursday, 8th February 2024, 88 days after its theatrical opening on 11th November 2023. Given Disney+’s tradition of launching new content on Wednesdays, fans can anticipate the highly awaited film to start streaming on 7th February 2024.
