Marvel devotees, brace yourselves: Venom has returned! The third episode of the successful symbiote film franchise will star Tom Hardy and be directed by Kelly Marcel. The film’s official announcement has relieved fans who have been waiting for any word on the project. Tom Hardy is returning to play Eddie Brock, and Kelly Marcel has been tapped to pen the book and helm the film. Along with Hardy, Avi Arad and Amy Pascal will also serve as producers. Known for her performance in Ted Lasso, actress Juno Temple has joined the cast, and her character’s identity remains a mystery. There have been rumblings that the events of Spider-Man: No Way Home will play a significant role in the plot, albeit an official description has not yet been issued. The director, Andy Serkis, has added to the buzz by suggesting that the film may focus on the supervillains of Ravencroft. Venom’s return to theaters has been highly anticipated, and it appears like fans won’t have to wait much longer. Even though it has not been revealed when the picture will be released, pre-production is well underway, and if everything goes as planned, it will hit theaters in October of 2024. Venom 3 promises to be an action-packed thrill ride that Marvel fans won’t want to miss, thanks in large part to the direction team of Hardy and Marcel and the addition of several new cast members. Prepare to be submerged in the symbiote universe once more!
